okay the best pokemon is pikachu or raichu the best move combo is nasty plot which it learns as pichu and let it go first since it doesnt earn any points then make it do thunder which does +2 if first in turn and since u did nasty tail turn before all points double meaning he'll do 8 appeal points that turn do that same thing again and u will get 1st
