Washington Quarter

How much would a 1984 washington quarter misprint be worth?
There is a bump on the top of washington's head that isn't from a dent in the other side and it doesn't look like someone deliberately put it there so I was wondering if anyone knew what it could be worth. It is a little dirty but I can clean it up and it is a little worn down.
It is not an error coin but a damaged one. The damaged could have happened almost anywhere even in the mint but that is unlikely. Damaged coins from the mint are not error coins but damaged ones and they have no added value and in fact have no collector value at all. There is one thing that can happen and that is a gas pocket raised the metal. When it comes to coins like this they have to be seen for I am guessing but it does sound like just a damaged coin. You need to see a coin dealer or be able to show the coin by photo's or scans.
