How come in the state of Idaho, you are required to pay for probation.?
Is everyone sentenced to probation in Idaho required to pay for court ordered probation?
Why so, isn't that what taxes are for? A long with you have to pay for court ordered counseling as well?
There's people in jail and on probation for feeding their families before paying parking tickets, sorry for "breaking" the law, and being a "criminal".
I won't feed my children ever again, my apologies.
Most states have a probation fee. Why should the tax payers pay for someone who didn't bother to obey the law?
